We are a mixed billing practice. We bulk bill children under 16, Pension Card holders, and DVA Gold Card holders. For all other patients, there is a private fee with a Medicare rebate available on the spot.
Yes, appointments are preferred to ensure minimal waiting times. However, we do set aside a small number of 'on the day' appointments for urgent cases. You can book online or call us.
You will need to make an appointment to discuss your results with your doctor. For privacy reasons, our reception staff are not able to give results over the phone unless authorised by the doctor.
Yes, we offer telehealth consultations for existing patients who have visited the practice face-to-face within the last 12 months, in line with Medicare guidelines.
Yes, we have ample free parking available onsite for our patients, including designated disabled parking spots near the entrance.
